The first stage of construction of scientific infrastructure of unique research facilities of the 'megascience' class, — 'Synchrotron radiation source of the 4th generation' (SYRS-4) and the Siberian photon ring source (SPhRS), — should be completed by the 2024 as a part of the national project 'Nauka' [the Russian for 'Science' - Chrdk].

«I really hope and will support for the project, while there is still time, to become a part of the national project 'Nauka'. As of now SYRS-4 and SPhRS has been included to the national project. It would be very good if we approached the project in a comprehensive way,» Sergeyev said.
