Researchers produced reindeer liver soufflé enriched in vitamins

Scientists from Tyumen Industrial University (TIU) have developed souffle and snacks made of the liver of reindeer enriched in vitamins which help in lowering stress. The development has been announced by the press-office of TIU as a part of a project directed to the increase in efficiency in reclaiming Arctic area of Russian Federation.

The researchers of the Basic University have introduced various products for people living under the conditions of the Extreme North. This work is done in the course of the strategic project. In particular, the specialists have issued soufflé made of the liver of reindeer, patty-cakes for prevention of iodine deficiency, anti-stress-snacks, and immunomodulating drinks.
