Tomsk researchers schedule creating program for controlling robots on large enterprises
The project of TPU will collect data in the real-time mode at enterprises possessing more than a hundred robots. The program will track the downtime and distortions of synchronization upon completing the task by several robots and will transmit the deviations in robot-assisted lines to the employees of an enterprise. The changes in control programs will be done remotely implying that the manufacturing lines can be adapted faster. According to developers, these events will lower the expenses of enterprises and simplify pre-commissioning procedures and modernization of robot-assisted complexes.
