Russian companies do not need corporate universities
A corporate university is a way of developing a personal staff of a company and increasing the level of human capital assets. However, such an option has been turned out to be non-demanded in Russia, mostly because of high risks. The conclusion has been drawn by the researchers from the International Laboratory of Economics of Soft Assets IDlab at HSE.
The study has shown that among Russian companies, only 2.4% have organized corporate universities, with the mean European rank being 28%.
