The agreement implies the implementation of a comprehensive scientific and technological project to create in Russia a multi-qubit (not less than fifty qubits) optical quantum simulator based on photonic chips and neutral atoms. The main areas of cooperation under the agreement will be the provision of resources to support the implementation of the project, the coordination of scientific and technological tasks and promotion of the product. Additionally, the project will ensure the development of necessary research and technological infrastructure, as well as consultations, working meetings and other events important for the formulation and implementation of applied tasks in the field of quantum technologies.
